IntlChar::totitle — Convierte un carácter Unicode en letra de título
El carácter dado se mapea a su equivalente en letra de título. Si el carácter no tiene equivalente en letra de título, se devuelve el carácter original.
Devuelve el Simple_Titlecase_Mapping del punto de código, si está disponible;
de lo contrario, devuelve el punto de código mismo. Devuelve null en caso de error.
The return type is int unless the code point was passed as a UTF-8 string, in which case a string is returned. Returns null on failure.
