    La distribuzione per Windows di » Net-SNMP contiene i file di supporto per SNMP nella directory mibs. Questa directory dovrebbe esse aggiunta alle variabili d'ambiente di Windows, come MIBDIRS, usando come valore il percorso completo per la directory mibs: ad esempio c:\usr\mibs.

    The actual Windows path may be C:\usr\share\snmp\mibs

E.g. 'C:\'  concatenated with $mibdir (which is '/usr/share/snmp/mibs')

At least this is where PhpStan looks for it as well.
